Custom Order requests are available. Please fill out Custom Order Request form and I can send you an invoice to reflect the price of your request.
Please understand that I have the right to refuse service to anyone, and if you become hostile or disrespectful in any manner, I will not tolerate it.

1. Custom Orders
All products are made to order based on the specifications provided by the customer. Please ensure that all details, including measurements, designs, and any specific requests, are correct at the time of placing your order. Once production begins, changes to the order may not be possible.
2. Proof Approval
For certain custom products, we will send a digital proof for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to review the proof and respond within 48 hours. If we do not receive a response within this time frame, the order will proceed as per the proof provided to ensure timely fulfillment. No changes can be made once production starts.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority! We strive to deliver products that meet or exceed your expectations. If you encounter any issues with your order, we offer a satisfaction guarantee.
4. Reporting Issues
If there are any problems with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to rectify any issues as quickly as possible. Please provide clear photos and descriptions of the problem to help us resolve it.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not offered unless the product is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part. If such an error occurs, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We make every effort to ship orders within the estimated time frame. However, delivery times may vary depending on location, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances. As we partner with a third-party printing company, holidays may cause slight delays in production time. We will inform you of any significant delays, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
7. Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has begun, we may be unable to cancel or refund the order.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is important to us. We only collect and use your data to process your order and improve your shopping experience. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
