HOW COME MY ORDER CAME IN DIFFERENT SHIPMENTS?

I partner with a third-party printing company. Some of the products, use different printing providers. For this reason, sometimes a product (such as a mug) gets shipped before another one is completed (such as a crewneck). 

You should receive a shipping notification for each when they are shipped out. If you do not, please contact me so that I may retrieve and provide that tracking number for you. 

HOW MUCH DO CUSTOM ORDERS COST?

Each item has a base price. Depending on how much you are wanting done, and/or the materials needed to fulfill your request, the price will vary. If you fill out the custom order request form on my page, I can send you an invoice that reflect the price. We can work together to get your idea created and stay within your budget! If you have any questions regarding your request, you can utilize my chat service!

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes we do offer gift cards! 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can either pay through the website via Debit, Credit or paypal. 

If you order through Facebook or other social media, I also accept Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle. 

WHAT DOES RTS MEAN ON THE PRODUCTS?

RTS stands for Ready To Ship. Most of my products listed are made to order. What you see are samples of ones that I have previously made, and are available designs for purchase. When I have made a stock of products to list for purchase, they will have RTS. This means, that you do not have to wait the usual 3-6 weeks turnaround time for this item, as it is already made.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PRODUCT?

Depending on the product that you purchase, and the volume of orders at the time turn around time can be anywhere from 1-6 weeks.

I partner with a third party printing company who only processes orders on business days. During times of holidays, or high order volumes, shipping may be delayed. 

 

This includes from time of order placed to shipping. Custom drawn portrait products and tumblers take the longest.  

Unless marked otherwise, all items are made to order. 

If item is a RTS (ready to sell), it will be shipped within 2-5 days. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Since these are custom items, NO REFUND or RETURNS will be accepted. If there is a problem upon receiving the item please contact me within 24 hours. If there is an error on my part, the item will need to be returned to be inspected and fixed.

WHAT IF I DON'T SEE A DESIGN I LIKE?

No problem! I take custom order request. just fill out the form on my home page, or find the form in the menu! If you have any questions, or need help figuring out the design you would like, please don't hesitate to message me! I am happy to help!

WHAT ARE THE TUMBLERS MADE OF?

All custom tumblers are stainless steel double wall vacuum insulated. They maintain beverages, hot and cold, for long hours. Sealed with FDA compliant epoxy for long lasting use and gives it a smooth and glass like finish. Matte finishes available! Decals are sealed, so they will never come off!

I use high quality materials and glitter, and it shows. 

HOW MUCH DOES A TUMBLER COST?

Price of your tumbler will vary depending on the design that you want. I have a base price that includes 2 fine glitter or color options, and 1 large decal. Additional colors, glitters, or other designs that require specific materials to reach your desired look cost more, therefore, add to the cost of the cup.
